Hello, I am Marguerite Kay Wise but every one calls me Kay. I have been working in mental health since 1985. I have degrees in Social Work and Psychology and in 1991 received my state Licenses in Social Work and Marriage and family therapy. My professional training uses cognitive behavioral techniques with experience working in various settings over the past 21 years. Wise Choices opened in 1995, after I decided to break loose of corperate America. Additional and sometimes more valuable then education is my experiences of a long term relationship and child rearing. I have been with my spouse for 26 years and have two sons, both of age not necessarily grown up, as parenting is an ongoing process. This gives you a little information about me so it does not seem so one sided as your choice of a therapist is a very important decision.

Choices is a client centered outpatient substance abuse and mental health
agency in Fort Wayne Indiana. We are licensed and certified by Indiana
DMHA, ICAADA, NAADAC. Providing hypnosis, neurotherapy, neurofeedback,
biofeedback, cognitive therapy, marriage therapy, couples therapy, DOT
assessments with an SAP. Behavioral problems addressed are substance abuse
(alcoholism drug addiction), anxiety, depression, addiction, ADD and ADHD.
